To complete your application, please provide:
- $125 Application fee (payable to St. Mary School)
- Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of Baptismal, Communion, and/or Confirmation certificates (for Catholic applicants)
- Family picture
- Immunization record
- Copy of last report card (grades 1 – 8)
- TB Risk Assessment Form

St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception School is committed to making a quality Catholic education accessible to all families. We deeply believe in the mission of partnering with families in educating the whole child. One key way to meet this mission is by offering financial assistance.
Think you won’t qualify? Most families are surprised to know that they do! This year we budgeted for an increase of financial assistance to ensure that every family that applies can access a Catholic education.

Families applying to St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception School can apply for financial aid at the time of enrollment. This process is completed online through TADS, the tuition management system used by all Diocesan schools.
