The St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception School’s Strategic Plan provides a clear vision of our community values and shows a strong dedication to continuous improvement.

The process began in Spring of 2021 with a mandate to create a plan that is visionary, mission-focused, comprehensive, realistic, achievable, and integrated. Throughout the process, quantitative and qualitative data guided the creation of strategic plan goals. Surveys were collected from current parents, students, staff and parishioners. Interviews were conducted with focus groups representing the parents, staff and students, as well as several interviews with the Pastor and Principal. Enrollment trend data as well as standardized tests scores for the past several years helped round out the data to provide insight in forming the plan’s goals.

Though focused on the next five years, our school’s strategic plan establishes a vision and a road map to maintain school excellence into the next decade.

Each goal supports quality academic education in a faith-filled environment, while highlighting the opportunities to improve programs and grow.

The Strategic Planning Committee actively provided leadership, insights, and expertise that ensured the success of the planning process and steered the development of the strategic plan. This committee included representatives from various constituencies.
